Stockfish with risotto
New recipe - Diluted stockfish with risotto 😋
Make risotto according to the instructions on the package.
We added carrot and spring onion to the risotto while we pulled the stockfish, about 8 minutes before the rice is done.
The fish should soak for about 8 minutes in lightly salted water, shorter time if you have cut the fish into smaller pieces.
When the fish is done, add the parmesan to the risotto and mix well.
We have served it here with "Simply Seaweed" from Lofoten Seaweed - played the stockfish taste well! 🐟
