Karen's stockfish salad
Have you tried making stockfish salad from diluted stockfish?
So good and so simple🐟
In this recipe I have used;
Ready-diluted stockfish, soaked for about 10 minutes in lightly salted water
Good olive oil
A little flake salt when serving
Just shred the stockfish into suitable pieces, and cut the appropriate amount with tomato, spring onion and garlic.
You can also make your own garlic oil, finely chop the garlic and leave it in olive oil for an hour - or make a little more and you have oil ready for the next meal.
