With the cod's insight into Lofoten in February and the Gulf Stream's mild climate, we get the best production conditions nature can give us. Stockfish from Lofoten is geographically protected in line with champagne from France and Parma ham from Italy. We are a proud producer of "Stockfish from Lofoten".
